Our story: The heart behind Artistia Designs in Pittsworth
At Artistia Designs, we believe that the objects we bring into our homes should tell a story. Founded on a passion for beautiful design and authentic craftsmanship, our boutique homeware store in Pittsworth was created to bring the very best of Australian handmade art and lifestyle wares to the Darling Downs community.
Our journey began with a simple mission: to bridge the gap between talented independent creators and those who appreciate unique, soulful pieces for their homes. Every item on our shelves is thoughtfully handpicked. We choose to look past mass-produced items, opting instead to showcase the incredible skill of Australian artisans, local painters, and traditional craftspeople.
Celebrating Australian craftsmanship,
creativity & curated living
When you step inside our welcoming shop storefront in Pittsworth, Queensland, you are not just browsing a retail space—you are exploring a curated gallery of statement décor, timeless lifestyle pieces, and unique Australian gifts. We take pride in knowing the stories behind the hands that shaped each ceramic vase, wove each textile, and painted each painting.
As the founder of Artistia Designs, my dream was always to create a space that feels less like a traditional shop and more like an inspiring sanctuary. Living in regional Queensland, I know how much we value community, quality and the beauty of regional life. I wanted to brng the incredible talent of our our nation's independent makers right here to our doorstep in Pittsworth.
There is a special kind of magic in knowing the person behind the product - knowing that an artist poured their time, passion, and soul into a piece of art. Every single item you see in our boutique has been chosen by me because of its beauty, utility and craftsmanship.
Thank you for opening your homes to these beautiful creations and for supporting he thriving community of Australian artisans. Next time you are in Yandilla Street, please step inside explore the collection, and say hello.
